During the pandemic we had our classes online (using Zoom). This meant missing the games and drama part of the lessons. But never underestimate the creativity of the children. Here is a video they produced, by their own initiative, on 1 February 2022 on the theme of “Justice” from the Grade 1 lessons:

‘Abdu’l-Baha
  1. Renew our love for ‘Abdul-Baha
  2. What were his qualities and special powers? For example he loved to make people happy and he loved to people to solve difficult problems.
  3. What is a problem? A difficulty.  A challenge. Are challenges a good thing?
  4. What are some problems that the World has? What are some difficulties that every person has? Sickness. Sadness. Feelings hurt. People won’t listen. No true friends. Can’t solve problems, other problems?
  5. How does a football coach solve problems and what kind of problems? He understands the players. How does a tradesman solve problems? He looks in his toolbox. He does not use a hammer when he needs a screwdriver, and he never has to get angry or sad because he knows what to do.
  6. Each week we will look into how ‘Abdu’l-Baha was happy and made others happy. What were his super powers? Was in his toolbox?
  7. Each week we will learn something useful to help us through our whole life. ‘Abdul-Baha Is giving us tools and superpowers.
  8. This will take us up to a very special date, the 100 years since Abdul Baha left us. We remember him because he gave us his powers and his tools and he wants us to be joyful and to love using our new powers and tools.
